
This project was created to position NXE as a trusted new e-commerce platform in the UAE, Sri Lanka, and India. My role was to design the full go-to-market plan, from audience research and brand messaging to content, multi-channel campaigns, and analytics.
NXE is a new e-commerce marketplace designed to connect vendors from the UAE, Sri Lanka, and India with local buyers. My role was to design a complete end-to-end digital marketing strategy for the marketplace launch.
The project demonstrates my ability to research markets, create positioning, plan content, and design a multi-channel roadmap that could guide NXE’s launch.
My 4-Step Campaign Approach
Researched competitor marketplaces, identified target vendor and buyer personas, and mapped key opportunities for positioning NXE.
Developed brand messaging, designed website flows, and built a content calendar covering blogs, social media, and onboarding materials.
Planned campaigns across SEO, PPC, social media, email, and influencer partnerships to balance vendor acquisition and buyer growth.
Created GA4 tracking plan, defined KPIs, and outlined dashboards to monitor vendor sign-ups, traffic, and buyer activity post-launch.
