
The Targeted Awareness Campaign for ICORA was designed to introduce this newcomer support platform to newcomer organization’s leaders across Canada. The goal was simple: make the right people aware of how ICORA helps agencies save time, improve reporting, and better serve their communities.
ICORA is a digital transformation platform built to support newcomer and settlement organizations across Canada. While the product had strong features, from client intake and referrals to reporting and volunteer management, awareness among decision-makers in newcomer-serving agencies was low. My role was to design and execute a targeted awareness campaign that positioned ICORA as a trusted, modern solution for these organizations.

My 4-Step Campaign Approach
Identified newcomer organizations’ leaders and decision-makers, mapped their pain points, and defined the most effective channels to reach them.
Created clear, benefit-driven messages and designed campaign assets including LinkedIn ads, email content, and a one-pager.
Launched targeted LinkedIn ads, coordinated email outreach, and partnered with industry associations to maximize reach.
Monitored engagement, measured conversions, and achieved strong results including demo sign-ups and increased brand visibility.
